Any our Website visitor and Software/Services user must agree with the following Terms of Use ("Terms"), updates and new rules, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice (only registered users and mailing list subscribers will be informed immediately). In addition, when you use our Software or Services, you must accept the license agreement for one; when you join to AtomPark Affiliate Program, you must agree with specific Term and Conditions.

AtomPark Software is a software development company. Our main researches are password recovery utilities. We provide computer programs (software) and on-line services for this. You can find a list of our products from this site here.

Copyrights

All our Products and Web Site are protected by intellectual property, copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our Software or Web Site content, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law.

If you want to use our design, content, software, please ask us to get special license. Trial versions of our software can be used without any notice, according included software license.

Our corporate Website can be found at http://www.apasscracker.com. We place here the latest versions of our Software, the newest information about our work and plans. We update it by our mind when needed. Our Website is accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We can't be reached only if ISP, hoster or network devices don't work properly. It is out of our competence.

We never place here any adult or sexual content. So everyone can view the content in Web site without any risk.

Website is provided "AS-IS" and AtomPark assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any Visitor communications or personalization settings. Content provided by AtomPark is for informational purposes only.

Our Website may link you to other sites on the Internet. These other sites are not under the control of AtomPark, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of such sites. Any our program or service can be used by everyone, who accepts license agreement for selected program. License agreement is available in each our program and can be read before ordering and/or installation to test it.

All our Software and Services are provided "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING OUR SOFTWARE/SERVICES.

Limitation of Liability

AtomPark shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if AtomPark has been notified of the possibility of such damages resulting from:

the use or the inability to use the site
the cost of procurement of substitute goods and sites resulting from any data, information obtained, or messages through or from the site
unauthorized access to or alteration of the user’s transmissions or data
statements or conduct of any third party on the site

Anti SPAM policy

We never like SPAM. We don't deal with spammers or companies using SPAM to promote self.

We never publish or sale e-mail addresses of our clients. When you purchase our software, join to affiliate program or subscribe to mailing list, we use your e-mail address to inform you about success or unsuccess of this operation. Also we store your e-mail address to inform you about our news or changes. But we can remove your address from our database by your request immediately. If you found any spamming actions from our employers/partners, please abuse us.

Our commitment to privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. This way we link this Terms&Privacy policy at each page of our Webdite.

Contacts: All information you submit in our Web Site or email us, can be used only inside AtomPark's office. We will not release information to third parties unless it is necessary to comply with law. This may exclude exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction, in the case of a purchase.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order. If you choose, we may use your e-mail address to notify you of product updates, special offers, and new products or to assess your satisfaction with the product after you have registered to trial, download, or purchase our software, unless you cancel it.

Cookies: We may set and access OWN cookies to your computer. It made to better sales tracking for our resellers. Cookies data can be used only by AtomPark, no anybody can get it more.

Purchasing: It is very important to you and us. When you order our Software or Service, you can select a method to make it:

Using credit card: in this case all transactions made using secured channels and 128-bit asymmetric encryption (SSL). Our billing providers are RegSoft and RegNow. Their rich history can guarantee you privacy.
Using check, wire transfer, toll-free phone (for USA and Canada). You can use these methods if don't trust Internet.

We use return email addresses to send license and registering information. So enter correct e-mail address in order form.

E-Mail address safety: Your e-mail address never will be published by AtomPark. See our Anti-SPAM policy for more info (it is some upper).

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Information submitted via email to AtomPark is not shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the request or answer the question that has been submitted to us.
