Refund policy
We guarantee immediate full refund for the following products if you
fail to recover your password (remove security settings for PDF file) instantly
due to any reason:
To claim for refund from the Passcovery Ltd. please use the form available
in your Passcovery Members'
Area*. The form must contain description of proof supporting the reason
for a refund. Complete that application, and forward to us. Refunds will be
transferred to your credit card right upon the moment of approval.
The rest Atomic password recovery products can be refunded under our usual
30 day refund policy. Under that 30 day refund policy the above refund form
must be received by our office within 1 month of your purchase (not later) and
the whole refund process can take more time.
*Members' Area login information will be emailed to you upon the purchase.
